Lemon Ginger Blast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Lemon

  • 2 Apples

  • 3 inch piece of Ginger

  • 3 inch piece of Turmeric

  • 1 bunch Dandelion Greens

  • ½-1 Jalapeno or Serrano Pepper

  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 stalk Celery

  • 1 bunch Parsley

  • 1 bunch Cilantro

  • 1 bunch Kale

  • 1-2 sprigs Mint

  • 1 stalk Fennel 

  • 1 cup Baby broccoli

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • Pepper to taste

Garden Vegetable

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 1⁄2 English Cucumber

  • 1⁄2 bunch Kale or Dandelion Greens

  • 4-inch-long Daikon Radish

  • 1 Parsnip

  • 2 Carrots

  • 2” piece of fresh Ginger

  • 2 Apples

Carrot Delight
