It wasn’t until I began to explore the connection between food and health that I found a path to true healing. My journey was not straightforward; it was filled with trial and error, learning, and unlearning. But ultimately, I got my life back.

The turning point in my health journey came when I committed to whole food, plant-based eating. This lifestyle change was more than just a diet; it was a comprehensive shift in how I approached food and nourishment. By focusing on organic, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, I began to notice significant improvements in my health. I eliminated added salt, oil, sugar, flour, and alcohol from my diet, which further enhanced my well-being.
